Before we get started, there are a few terms you need to familiarize yourself with.
UMW = Utah Mormon Woman
Sista = Not to be confused with "Sister", an eternal female sibling. A "Sista" has attitude. A "Sista" is a woman with some serious 'tude. Which brings us to our next term:
'Tude = Attitude.
KUA = Keeping Up Appearances. Example = Above mentioned Diet Coke.
